“Handle not valid” Samsung Clp-300…?
Just bought a Samsung CLP-300 Color Laser printer.
The only thing that it has printed so far is the Test Page that came from the setup.
Anything else I try to print gives me a “handle not valid” or “could not start print job” or “printing failed when starting the document” error. The light is not flashing red (anymore), but is green. Shouldn’t that mean there is nothing wrong?
I have an XP PC.
Can you print to any other printers? It sounds to me like you are using an incorrect driver. If you have tried to reload the driver, rebooted the pc, rebooted the printer, and can print to other printers I would exchange it for a new one.
